In order to get regular exercise, people think they have to do something like join a gym or go to some expensive club. Actually, all you really need to do is walk. Walking helps your heart your maintain your cardiovascular health by exercising at least 20 minutes a day. You also release stress, helping to increase bone density by having a weight bearing activity. It also has been shown just by getting outside and being around the natural beauty of our world helps to quiet the mind as well as stimulate on something different and refocusing!
One herb that has really shown to reduce stress as well as increase stamina is ashwangandaha.
