The ancient has shown that sleep is important. They say that a person awake 17-19 hours in a night does worse than someone with a blood alcohol level of .05. During sleep, our bodies release growth hormones as well as heal our injuries and enhance cognitive thinking. Sleep hygiene is important. Lavender is also a natural add that helps the body. Studies have shown that lavender helps to reduce stress and depression in woman.
To Use: Take Lavender and place it in the the palm of your hands and rub together. Than place on the temples. This is called aromatherapy and its been around since ancient times around 6,000 years. See if it helps! Try it, you may want it to be part of your practice.
